Last updated: 22 July 2026
This privacy policy is provided in English — the authoritative version — with Polish and Ukrainian translations available via the switcher above. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the English version prevails.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Beoni Poland Sp. z o.o., operator of the Carlane trade brand, with its registered office at ul. Włodarzewska 45D, 02-384 Warsaw, Poland (KRS 0000991057, NIP 7011104729, REGON 523054028).
For any matter concerning the protection of your personal data, you can contact us at sales@carlane.eu.
2. What data we collect
We process the data you provide yourself in the contact form on this site: full name, company name, email address, phone number (optional), country and the content of your message. We also record your selected inquiry type (buying, selling, cooperation) and interface language so that we can handle your enquiry correctly.
To be able to demonstrate that consent was given, we record the fact and time of your consent. To protect the form against abuse, we additionally process your IP address in an irreversible, hashed form, stored only briefly.
We do not collect special categories of data, and we do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process the contact-form data in order to respond to your enquiry and to take steps, at your request, toward the possible conclusion and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
For conducting B2B business correspondence, for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, and for protecting the form against abuse (rate limiting), the basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Recipients of the data
The data may be entrusted to trusted service providers who act on our behalf under data-processing agreements: providers of hosting and of the application and database infrastructure, as well as an email provider. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for the marketing purposes of third parties.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such a case, the transfer takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards, in particular the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. You can obtain a copy of the safeguards by contacting us.
6. Retention period
We store the data for the time necessary to handle your enquiry and to conduct correspondence, and then for the limitation period of any potential claims. If the contact does not lead to cooperation, we delete the data after the correspondence has ended, no later than within a reasonable period resulting from the above purposes.
The short-lived hash of the IP address used for abuse protection is removed shortly after the rate-limiting time window.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it or to restrict its processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
8. Voluntary provision of data
Providing the data is voluntary but necessary for us to respond to your enquiry. Without your name, email address and the content of your message, we will not be able to contact you.
9. Cookies and analytics
The site uses only cookies and similar technologies necessary for its operation and for ensuring its security and stability. To measure traffic, we use privacy-friendly analytics that does not store cookies, does not profile users and does not track them across sites. We do not use cookies for marketing purposes.
